Hi,

After upgrading the OJS 3.1.1, I faced with following problem. I do not find any solution in the forum. How can I solve this problem?

Hi @Gokmen_ARSLAN,

See [OJS 3.1.1] the newly added custom blocks cannot be repositioned.
