Sidebar blocks disappear when External Feed Plugin is enabled

Hi,

some of the sidebar blocks disappear when I enable the exernal feed plugin, e.g. custom blocks and the web feed block. Can you replicate that?

OJS 3.0.2, where I pulled the latest code.

Confirmed.

I added a new custom block to my sidebar, confirmed display, then enabled the external feed plugin. The custom block disappeared.

On the other hand, this issue make it appear that the External Feed plugin hasn’t been ported to 3.x yet:
