We have installation of version 3.1.2.0 with about hundred journals. Strange thing happens. Only one journal shows the notifications about manuscript status (for example “Awaiting responses from reviewers.”) and none of the others does.
Also the same journal has the tab references when viewing metadata (screenshots attached). Do you have any suggestions what we’re doing wrong since all the journal settings are the same. Also all journals use same database and the same code.
Also, all other journals are missing for example the reviewers recommendation and the one mentioned has them.
So basically the notifications are missing and the reference tab even though it’s checked as shown below.
