Show reviewer comments from custom form to authors without a file?

Hi all!

I am using the latest version of OJS3 (3.1.1.4) and I made a custom form for reviewers.

Editors only can set as viewable for authors uploaded files by reviewers, but not filled forms from reviewers.

My question is: Is there any way to editors to display form evaluation to authors? In case of not… Can I generate an automathed pdf from comments of filled form of reviewers and auto upload it to be shown to authors? Thanks in advance
