I have created a jounal then I added topics/articles in an issue of the journal. I cannot see the download link as PDF so readers can read/download the topic. How I can do that.

Have you uploaded galley files to the articles? More details on what you have and haven’t done might be helpful. Also, please include your OJS version in your posts.
