I had tried for hours to get the header of the homepage using both the default as well as the bootstrap, but cannot get it to work. With the default looks like this with annoying double icon though I DELETED the icon, still shows up.
I find the instructions obscure, can someone share easy to follow instructions.
I am using OJS 3.3

You may want to clear the cache to see if that makes the icon disappear. Also there appears to be issues with the sizing of your logo. You may want to see the recommendations here: https://docs.pkp.sfu.ca/designing-your-journal/en/branding#image-size-and-quality
