I am reaching out on behalf of Revista Psicologia e Saúde em Debate, a Brazilian academic journal currently running OJS version 3.3.0.16.

We are looking for hiring someone who is interested in upgrading our current installation to version 3.5.0.4. As we are a small independent journal with limited financial resources, proper budget planning is essential for us before committing to any service.

I don’t have much knowledge of PHP, but while there was a script to update OJS versions, I could do it without much trouble. However, now that the update is done exclusively via commands, it confuses me a lot and I haven’t been able to do it.
