pls i can’t select an issue for my publication; the filed’s drop-down option is blank. and as a result of that i cant publish the journal. pls any HELP?

Have you already created a new issue for your publication? You can find the instructions for creating new issues here: Chapter 15: Production and Publication
Once the issue is created it should appear in the drop down list when you go to assign submissions for publication.
