Section Editors in Review mode

Hello,

I am running an OJS installation in version 2.4.8.1.

Unfortunately there are problems with the role named Section Editors.

If a user is assigned to this role, you can define whether he can only make a review or even edit.
Unfortunately it does not seem to matter what you define. The Section Editors always has got both permissions.

Does anyone have an idea?

Does this user also have an Editor or Journal Manager role?
