Hi all,
Section editors can assign reviewers in two steps as seen in the screens given below. In this phase we would like to ask the section editors to choose and reccommend reviewers to editors. In other words, section editors will only recommend reviewers and editors will make assignments based on this recommendations.How can we do this?
