Search by editor name in submissions page

Hi

I’m using ojs 3.x

Many publishers have suggested a feature.
The search by editor name function could be added in the submission lists.
Sometimes they want to know all the articles that are with certain editor. In OJS2 was possible to see the initials of the editor assigned to the article. They are missing this kind of control.
