I suspect you’ve enabled the Lucene plugin without configuring/enabling the Lucene search service. If you don’t intend to set up a Lucene/Solr installation, disable that plugin.

That’s not your OJS version – you may have to ask your service provider for this if you’re not sure.
If you have a service provider that offers OJS services directly, please consider asking them for support before reaching out to us. Support is generally part of a service provider contract – you’re probably paying them for it. While we do provide (limited) free support to the OJS community, we are effectively subsidizing your service provider when we provide support to you instead of them.
