Saving metadata does not close the modal window, OJS3

Hi,

When editing Metadata in modal form, saving does not close the form. The metadata is actually saved, but the form is not closed, and the loading indicator is looping, so the user may think he/she is stuck there. If Metadata modal form is manually closed and reopened, data is actually saved.

This is already resolved in OJS 3.1.2.
