Save button not working after upgrading to OJS 3.2.0.3

After upgrading OJS 3.1.2.0 to OJS 3.2.0.3 and when modifying the theme or any setting of the journal, after clicking “Save” button, the button not working and just appear the following message:

The requested URL is not recognized.

I wish anybody tell me the reason.
