Reviewers complete review - automatic Email is not always generated

Dear all,

if a reviewer completes a review, the automatic Email to the Editor (Review complete) is not always sent; sometimes it is sent, sometimes not.
Do you have an idea why?

Hi @kopi,

Can you check if the reviewer has rememberd not just to record a recommendation, but also to mark the review complete? The email is sent when the review is marked complete.
