Reviewer's Attachments not visible to author - OJS 3.3.0-7

Hello,

I am using OJS 3.3.0-7 with double blind review (Anonymous Reviewer/Anonymous Author).

The issue: Reviewer uploaded their review file through the OJS review form. The file appears in the editor’s panel under “Reviewer Files”. However, the “Reviewer’s Attachments” section does not appear at all in the author’s dashboard.

Additional notes:

Another submission on the same journal works fine and shows “Reviewer’s Attachments” to the author

The “Files for Author” option does not appear in the Request Revisions popup

Editor has already clicked Confirm on the review

What could cause this inconsistency between submissions?
