We are using OJS. When adding a reviewer and choosing “Enroll Existing User” we are getting a required question regarding the Reviewer User Group. I think the problem might be that it is not set up? I do not know where to do this? Can someone help here:
What version of OJS are you using?
What settings do you have for the reviewer role in Users & Roles => Roles. Have you removed the selection for the checkbox from the review stage for the reviewer role?
It seems the journal manager had unticked the review stage for the review role. Thanks. This has led me to a solution!
