A recurring issue arises with the invitation link expiring even though it has not been clicked. The screenshot below indicates that the response date is still available, but the link has expired. Despite extending the days in config.inc.php to 30 days. Reviewers are uncomfortable and mostly refuse the invitation. Are there any other settings we can adjust, or do we need to modify the backend files?
