Reviewer did not received Email

When I invite a registered reviewer, They did not receive an email for review. Can someone tell me how to solve this problem?

Can you please provide more details:

Your specific version number (e.g. 3.3.0-8)
Whether or not not receiving emails is happening with other tasks in your OJS instnace, or just with inviting reviewers?

I am facing the same problem. Especially sending email notification to gmail accounts of the reviewer fail. This problem is happening since last couple of weeks. Please let me know how to solve it.

I am using OJS, and the problem is just with inviting reviewers. Sometimes authors also did not receive emails when they want to reset their passwords.

Thank you for clarifying. I’m not sure what the issue would be exactly, you may have to get at logs and see relevant error messages there (such as in this post: Error message when sending email), and report back on them.
