One of our journals is experiencing problems with review requests. As you can see in the pictures below, the system shows no reviewers are assigned for submission 3607, but when you open the “Activity log and Notes” you can see that a reviewer has been assigned and emailed a request. However, it seems to work ok for other submissions.
When you click through to the submission, does it show the Review Assignment under the Review tab? If the review has been unassigned or deleted, or the reviewer’s account has been deleted, it may show 0/0 reviews but the editorial history would still be there.

I just noticed that someone started Round2 of reviews, that’s why it show that is waiting for reviewers to be assigned. As you can see in Round1 there is a reviewer request sent, but not in Round2. Is there a way to remedy this? Can Round2 be deleted somehow?
