I am running OJS 3.1.0.1
I needed to change a review form that had already been used 4 times. I deactivated the form and created a new one. I do understand that once a review form is used it cannot be edited. I tried to change some of the radio button items in my database using phpMyAdmin. No luck there.
I have made no changes to any of the OJS php code.
The list of review forms looks like this
The last item is the new form that I am working on to replace the one with 4 uses.
When I click on Preview for the first form that has not been changed or edited I get this. As you can see it is blank.
When I click on preview on the third form I can see the preview. As you can see there are 0 uses.
If I go to a submission that uses the first form and try to view the review I see this
I have also cleared the data cache and the template cache. No change.
Something is not set right for the first form. I am trying to publish an issue next week and need to see the reviews.
