Review form issue


We have an instance of ojs 2.4.6 installation. We have recently informed that some reviewers receive reminder emails to complete a review even if they have completed the review. I have a feeling there is some file permission missing that review form is not being saved. Would you please advice?


Also I have noticed that two “Review Reminders” checkboxes in Review Options in policies setup were disabled and I could not check them neither with admin nor manager role. I enabled scheduled_tasks in and they are now editable. Could that cause the above issue?

Hi @salehig,

Have the reviewers possibly filled in the review form but forgotten to complete the last step of the review by confirming that it’s ready to send? You can confirm this by logging into one of the problematic reviewers’ accounts and viewing the review.
