By mistake I have deleted a published issue from the journal page.
Kindly suggest me how to restore it back.

This won’t have deleted any of the associated articles. You’ll be able to re-create the issue by creating a new issue with the same identifying information. Note that the database ID will not be the same, and your reading statistics will not reappear. If you need either of those, the best approach would be to restore your database from backup.
