I want to report an error in the OJS 3.1
When the user adds a new feature in the workflow, its stored in “genre_settings” tables and as a default set local column value equal “en_US” but when you change Journal Language,Workflow Settings Page not loading because there isn’t any appropriate value for this genre_id with this Locale
and its problem solved when i add a new row in “genre_settings” table,with same genre_id and appropriate locale
