Okay, so just quickly, I see that the plugin is not supposed to be enabled “site wide” since there is no site wide option in the versions.xml file that comes with it. If you can, can you check your database in the “versions” table and see if the plugin has a “1” in the column for the site wide option?

Hmmm… so sitewide is set to 0 for the plugin, so I will think about this a bit. I’ll be back (we are having a conference this week)

Hi @jnugent!

I’ve checked that after installing the ORCID plugin with branch: stable-3_1_2, now It doesn’t work any registration.

Before installing it, registration worked when you did it on a journal. It didn’t just work when you did it on the main screen.

Now when you try to register in the main screen, you obtain the following result:

And if you try it on a journal, you obtain nothing. It doesn’t do anything, and keeps on the same screen:

Hi,

If you’re getting server 500 errors, I suggest you look in your PHP/Apache error log again. Those are fatal errors and will be recorded there.
