References extended markup OJS 3.X

I Think that it might be quite useful to add extended markup or/TinyMce editor capabilities to the field for references since references sometimes do have chemical signs i.e. SO2, H2SO4 which should be properly written or mathematical signs i.e m2, m3 or so.

For mathematical and scientific superscripts and subscripts, the Unicode characters should be preferred. For example: SO₂, H₂SO₄, or m² or m³.
