Record decision button in editor decision is disabled

Hi, I have executed all the steps involved in review but in the last section where editor makes the final decision, record decision button is disabled and I couldn’t see the drop down menu list. Please find the link below for the screenshot -

Hi @pcansf,

Go go the submission’s Summary page and ensure that an Editor or Section Editor has been assigned to the submission.
