We want to have a “recommended” article section on our article pages. But the plugin is only for Recommended Articles by Authors. Is there something similar that can be installed to search the keywords/title/abstract?

I guess you could just download the whole ojs master branch from github and get the plugin folder from there.
But I do not have any idea how the plugin works with OJS 3.1.
