Recommendation: Decline Submission

Hi!
One of our reviewers, after accepting the review, has given the “decline submission” recommendation because when he opened the file he noticed that the name of the author was stated.
Of course the reviewer was right in declining the job but is this the correct form to do it?
I mean, the article in itself could still be accepted only it needs to be made completely anonimous.
Thank you for your help!

Hi @ledadmin,

I think the best approach here would probably be to create a new (second) review round with a new (anonymized) set of files, then assign new reviewers to it.

Thank you. Will do it!
