we have started using OJS and before that we have several articles not in the system.
If we use “QuickSubmit Plugin” where the article will go? If I want article to go in Unassigned to go to a review or straight in Editing how to accomplish that?

If you use QuickSubmit, your submissions will jump right to the end of the workflow, and perhaps even be published if you choose a published issue to place them in.
