Thanks @mannemark , I just posted the work we are doing here JATS to OJS Native XML tool I am looking forward reactions and improvement suggestions.
To be clear, as @syshan4 pointed out, this is not an improvement to the quick submit plugin, but a workaround and I don’t want this post to shift the attention from the OP suggestions!
