I have installed tOJS 3.1.1, but I’m experiencing the following problem: there is not any form for uploading the article. The system reports that is “loading” but nothing happens…(see the attached image).
Is there any upgrade for OJS 3.1.1
Can you help me please?

Maybe just a comment first: your screenshot is not from the QuickSubmit plugin, but from a regular submission process in OJS.
When doing it, could you watch your server PHP error log file and the browser developer tools if you can see any error there?

Those PHP Strict Standards messages are not important – you can ignore them – or even configure your PHP error logging not to contain them.
Important are the PHP errors, i.e. PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/web/htdocs/www.humanamente.eu/home/lib/pkp/controllers/grid/files/fileList/FileListGridHandler.inc.php’.
It seems like the OJS file lib/pkp/controllers/grid/files/fileList/FileListGridHandler.inc.php is missing. Is this true? If so, how did you installed the OJS 3.1.1?

I checked, and actually the file lib/pkp/controllers/grid/files/fileList/FileListGridHandler.inc.php is not present. In this folder I have only
/lib/pkp/controllers/grid/files/fileList/SelectableFileListGridHandler.inc.php
and
lib/pkp/controllers/grid/files/fileList/FileGenreGridColumn.inc.php
Can I do something to solve the problem with the submission mask?

How did you get the OJS 3.1.1 code? Have you downloaded the release package?
Double check that you have all files.
For this specific file, you can take/copy it from the release package.
I am just wondering how come this file is missing… 
I downloaded the code from the official website just yesterday. I checked double, the file
lib/pkp/controllers/grid/files/fileList/FileListGridHandler.inc.php
is not present in my remote as well as local copy.

When you download this package pkp.sfu.ca/ojs/download/ojs-3.1.1.tar.gz and unpack it, that file should be there…
