Quick Submit Plugin for Editors OJS 3

Greetings!

I would like to make available the quick submission plugim for role editor. What do now?

To enable an editor to use quicksubmit plugin you can add Production Editor role to this user. Then Tools > Import/Export menu option will appear to his/hers user.
