We have a problem where after the update from 3.0.1 to 3.1.1.4 one of the users with Journal manager rights has become somewhat bugged: he doesn’t receive any notification mails from journal for any reason, and also editorial history tab doesn’t show for him at all (he’s set as Technical and Production editor as well). Other accounts with JM rights have no such issues.
So, I was wondering about creating another account and merging existing one into it. I suppose that preserving registered email won’t be possible? Also, would articles that are published under his name and all duties on the journal (regarding reviews, etc.) be properly trasferred to a new account?
