Our OJS v3.1.1-2 journal uses UsageStat Plugin for displaying metrics (e.g., views, downloads) stored in the metrics table of our website database. However, we find that the UsageStat Plugin seems not functioning properly and the metrics data cannot be staged.
We have checked the metrics table of the database, and there is no indication of any issues. We have also tried to empty the metrics table, moving the UsageStats log files to staging folder, and running the script to recreate the metrics table. However, the counter report in the database indicates that there has been 0 download even though we have stated otherwise (this problem started in 2019 all items published earlier did function well).
Could anyone please advise how to solve the problem? Please let us know if you need any further information. Thank you very much!
