I am using OJS 3.3.0.4 and I got a problem with Publons plugin.
When reviewers export the review, It shows error (see picture).
Please help me to show this problem.

Hi @Hoa_Mai,
It looks like Publons encourages you to contact them directly for support if you are a partner of their Reviewer Recognition Service (which, I believe might be required to use the plugin): GitHub - publons/ojs_3_plugin: OJS3 Plugin for the export of reviews to Publons
Unfortunately, error message does not give a lot of details as to what the issue is.
