Published DAO removed from new version

Hi,
I recently update my system to the latest version ojs 3.2.0.3, but I can’t understand what happened for PublishedDAO and method like this “getPublishedArticlesInSections” or “getPublishedArticlesByJournalId”, I used these function, but now I face problem in loading because there isn’t such file in new version?
