My journal uses ojs 2.3.7.0. I intend updating after a few things fall into place.
My problem is the following. I have articles for which the galleys have been uploaded and and published. However, the articles still appear listed as active in layout editing. Some have the status ‘proofreading’ and others have status ‘initial’. If I go in with editor role I can see them in the archives but not so if I have the layout editor role.
I can’t find a way to have them moved from there to archived for the layout editor role. Is there a way to do this?
