Hi, can someone help me with configuring ParaCite plugin (for offline plugin extraction). I’m server administrator and have installed every thing that is mentioned on plugin activation ParaTools (Biblio::Citation::Parser and Biblio::Document::Parser), Biblio-Citation-Parser-1.10 and Text-Unidecode-0.04 but plugin is not working.
We are using Ubuntu Server 12 with latest updates and OJS 2.4.7.1 and we are behind University Proxy server.
