Problems with Upgrade to Ojs3.1.2-4

We use Ojs3.1.2-1 and are trying to upgrade to a newer version, but find this error, maybe this sounds silly, but I need help here, does anyone know how to fix it? Thank you guys.VirtualBox_Revista_17_01_2020_15_54_35
