Problems with emailing

Dear Community,

When I assign a paper for review to a reviewer, the system fails to deliver the mail. Notwithstanding, the email ID in the relevant receipant column is ok and using that email ID one can mail without the OJS system. How this problem could be fixed?

Hi Wali,

If you have access to your server mail logs, you should be able to find out if the mail message is actually being sent, but just not delivered. If it is not being sent at all, make sure the correct email templates for assigning reviewers are enabled in the Journal Settings area.
