Problems upgrading from 3.1.1-4 to 3.12

Hello!!

After installing without problems the 3.1.2 version in php7.2.16 MariaDb 10.3 (Mysqli connection), the stage of upgrading (php tools/upgrade.php upgrade ) from 3.1.1-4 to it, present the next error:

Can you recheck if database credentials that are pointed in the config.inc.php file are correct?
