Problems editing the Masthead section of OJS 3.1

Hi all.

I have this problem in management / settings / context

It is at the time of changing the texts that I had written in the version of OJS v2.

I currently have OJS 3.1.1.0. and when I’m going to make a change and save, it keeps thinking and does not save the new content.

Which may be due?
