Problemas al actualizar de 2.4.8.1 a 3.1.0-1

Buenos días,

al actualizar mi 2.4.8.1 a 3.1.0-1, me señala el siguiente error:
DB Error: Table ‘qzl626.articles’ doesn’t exist. ¿Alguien puede ayudarme? Gracias.

when updating my 2.4.8.1 to 3.1.0-1, it points out the following error:
DB Error: Table ‘qzl626.articles’ does not exist. Can anybody help me? Thank you.

That says that database does not exist. Can you check is that database created? Did you created database user and associated to database?

Si. la base esta creada. se trata de una revista que funciona desde el año 2011 y contiene datos

Yes. the base is created. It is a magazine that has been running since 2011 and contains data

Hi @mcaballero

Could you confirm that no error message is reported during upgrade process? If so, please, attempt an upgrade again with your database backup. It is seeming an incomplete upgrade process.

That is the message that appears to me when I hit the “update” button
Ese es el mensaje que me aparece cuando le doy al botón “actualizar”

Hi @mcaballero

Do you have access to terminal? If you could run upgrade with command:
php tools/upgrade.php upgrade at end this will show all error or successful messages.
