Problem with section order

  • Application Version: 3.2.1.2

  • Description of issue: I can’t order the sections in the issues. I change the order of the sections from the table of contents in the issue settings and it goes back to the order it was in before I saved the changes…

  • What you tried to resolve the issue: I changed the order of the sections also from settings - journal - sections.

This issue sounds similar to one reported by others elsewhere on the forum, such as this one: [OJS 3.2.0-3] Section ordering glitch, please help

I recommend checking the “custom_section_orders” table in the database to ensure all of the sections are listed. You can also try searching for this issue in the forum and following the recommendations there.
