I’m attempting to use the Native XML Plugin to import back issues from one hosting site to another. I’m able to export the issue as an xml file, but when I attempt to import it into the new journal site, I keep getting a “File Size Error”. The file size is about 3800 KB.
Is there a way to reduce the file size or another way to import entire issues?
Is that other journal on server that prohibits upload of files that have size as your XML?
Hm…I’m not sure about that. I’m attempting to upload them onto our own library server, but I don’t know of any limits on file sizes. I’ll check into that.
Please check with your sysadmin. I am sure that sysadmin can give you answer and increase size if needed. Of course, try again after that and post here if you have again same difficulty.
