OJS v3.1.2
I have noticed following unwanted behaviour: modal is closing when user select part of text in modal window, and release mouse button outside of modal.
Modal should close on cancel/submit, click on “X” or click outside modal.
This is pretty annoying behaviour. Can this be fixed somehow?
