Problem with bulk Exporting/Importing from OJS 3.2.1.1 to 3.3.0-13
I have been trying to update our OJS system from 3.2.1.1 to 3.3.0-13 last year, having problems with database charset (special characters were displaying funny encode characters).
So this year we decided to do a fresh install(in a subfolder) then use the Export/Import plugin as instructed here . But this journal has 729 users and 574 articles so the bulk export is somehow breaking and giving me a blank screen.
We would appreciate any assistance on how to deal with this, the main focus is just for us to successfully upgrade this journal to OJS 3.3.0-13.
