Hello, I am a manager of one Jurnal, our users cannot login with smartphones is a problem install or configuration problem, thanks for you answers

What version of OJS are you using? What happens when your users try to log in with smartphones?

Version 2.4.8.1, the users cannot login, they are redirected to page login and try again and cannot login, the session not start

I’m not aware of any Smartphone-specific issues, but you might check this thread: OJS forgets login
