Steps I took leading up to the issue
For example:

  1. Go to ‘New Submission’
  2. Click on ‘Add Contributor’
  3. See error

Hi @Pradeep_Belbase,

Usually for errors like this it is helpful to have a look at your PHP error log and report on any errors seen there - could you do that and report back?
